Protection of IPRs
When the seller submits an idea for sale on Nareiko.com, they certify, inter alia, that they own the necessary intellectual property rights for selling this idea, i.e., to allow others use it.
The right to use an idea does not include the right to be called its author, or the right to forbid others use the same idea, unless it is expressly stated otherwise in the idea description (on Nareiko.com). Hence, the author keeps their right to be called the idea author, and the author can still sell their idea to others, unless they sell their idea exclusively.
How it works
1. A seller submits an idea for sale: a public description and a non-public file (files) containing the full idea. A seller can also offer their ideas as ‘free to read, paid for use’, specifying when a responsible customer should pay.
2. We check the idea for originality and ethical concerns in seven days – if successful, the idea is offered for sale on Nareiko.com. By default, ideas are offered for one year.
3. A buyer pays money and gets access to the non-public file(s) with the idea description.
4. The Seller gets paid the full price for their ideas sold on Nareiko.com.
